Submitting and Viewing Feedback

If you would like to send a message to CCC concerning a feature request or a defect, select Help > Submit Feedback. You can also select the View Feedback option to search and view items you have already submitted to CCC. The Submit Feedback screen can be minimized allowing you to view other screens on your desktop.

To submit feedback

1. Select Help > Submit Feedback from the menu bar. The Submit Feedback dialog box opens.
2. Select a subject and type in your message.
3. Click Submit. A confirmation screen opens.
4. Click OK.A popup alert displays in the right lower corner of your Windows desktop, and a Feedback message is added in the My Work Dashboard Message pane Sent tab.

To view Feedback already submitted

1. Select Help > View Feedback from the menu bar.
2. Click the feedback message from the Search Results pane, and then click View from the mini-toolbar. The Feedback screen opens.

Note: Use this screen to submit a feedback message that have been previously sent. Click the feedback message, and then click Submit Feedback from the toolbar.
